Exchange & Refunds

At Fashionshoes.pk, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. That’s why we have a comprehensive exchange and refund policy in place for our valued customers.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy: If you receive a product from fashionshoes.pk that is damaged, faulty, or defective upon delivery, wrong size or is found to be different than what you actually purchased, you may exchange the product for a new one within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.


How to exchange your product(s): To exchange a product, kindly contact our customer care via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 03149081651 and we will provide you with instruction on how to return the item and process your exchange.


Shipping and Handling: We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or by mistake we send you wrong size. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any items you exchange or return.


Processing time: Once we have received your product(s), we will process the exchange within 15 working days.


Refund policy: We offer refunds only if the product(s) received by you is damaged, faulty, or defective upon delivery, or if the product(s) is found to be different than what you actually purchased.

 

Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.


How to claim a Refund: To claim a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 03149081651, within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the refund process.

 

Processing time: Once we have received your product(s), we will process the refund within 15 working days. Please note that Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.


Terms & Conditions:

  1. Sales invoice is needed in order to claim an exchange or refund.
  2. Claim should be made within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The final decision will be taken by the quality control department in case of defected product(s).

Claimable Defects:

The following product(s) are claimable:

  1. Major defects including unrepairable manufacturing faults
  2. Sole damage
  3. Stitching issues (sole/upper separation)

Unclaimable Defects:

Product(s) are not claimable in the following cases:

  1. Product(s) is used.
  2. Wrinkled product(s) is not claimable as wrinkling is natural behavior of leather.
  3. Shape out shoes (not a manufacturing defect).
  4. Product(s) is scratched due to use.
  5. Sole/upper of shoe is damaged due to fire, burn, heat, etc.
  6. Deliberate pulling of sole and upper to create pasting issue.
  7. Sale items are not eligible for claim.

Note: The decision of the Fashionshoes.pk will be considered final in all scenarios.
